The River Rock Youth Club is for youth climbers looking to explore the sport. Our coaching staff will emphasize the fundamentals of climbing and fitness in a fun and relaxed environment. Club sessions focus on balance, movement, strength training, communication and mental strategy. This program offers a lot less commitment than our competitive team with plenty of opportunity to progress in climbing technique.
Fall Season: September 6th through December 13th, excluding November 1st and 22nd.
Meets Wednesdays from 5:30-7:30 pm.
