Reach Your Peak Climbing Fitness Program
Feb 24 @ 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Reach Your Peak (RYP) is an eight-week climbing fitness training program that utilizes a combination of roped climbing and bouldering (non-roped climbing) for climbers to improve their skills and reach their personal fitness goals. The program was developed utilizing auto-belay devices for the roped climbing components, so no need to have a climbing partner.
Any level of climber can participate! Improve your overall health, improve endurance, and strengthen already existing skill-sets. Of course, there are other unintended side effects that have been seen from following this program:

  • Healthy weight-loss
  • Overall feeling of increased “coolness”
  • New-found or renewed passion for climbing
  • Increased popularity
  • Less tired and sluggish at work
  • Better nights of sleep

Each weekly session will also have additional workouts or “homework” that will require you to make additional visits to the gym before you start the next program week. We recommend that participants are members of the gym for the duration of the 8 week program.

No additional cost to participate over regular admission to the gym or gym membership. You can either go it alone or participate as a group in our RYP work-out sessions. Our staff will be available during the organized sessions to answer questions, give support, or help guide technique.

Qi Gong & Ba Gua Zhang
Feb 25 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Qi Gong & Ba Gua Zhang
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. Qi is a concept from traditional Chinese culture that roughly means vital energy, information,
breath or spirit. Tai Chi at a higher level is a form of Qi Gong, provided that the fundamental principles of Tai Chi are applied in the practice. While low-level Tai Chi is solely a physical exercise, at higher level it transcends into a Qi Gong discipline. The roots and history of the martial arts style of Ba GuaZhang can be traced back to 19th century China. It is a soft and internal style of martial art, making it comparable to Tai Chi Chuan.

John Lewis is the owner and founder of Infinite Way Circle, an interdisciplinary spirit-nature system focused on Full Body, Mind and Spirit integration to create balance, vitality and peace within allowing the same to permeate into the
world. Through our infinite connections to source we can learn to retain what isvital, love, releasing all else that disconnects us from divinity, separation. The Infinite Way Circle offers instruction in Ba Gua Zhang Martial Arts, Dao Yin/Qi Gong, Spiritual coaching and workshops, public and motivational speaking, and healing through nature-based education.
