Everyone could use greater finger strength in climbing.Whether you are a newer or experienced climber, training on the hangboards and campus boards directly correlate to improved climbing.Increasing your finger strength will allow you to pull on smaller holds as well as improve your endurance.In this class the instructor will instruct you on how to properly use the hangboards, campus boards, and systems wall.
Participants must be 14 years of age or older. This clinic is free for members. $10 for non-members (day pass and gear rental not included).
